Well......I must confess.....
I have been taking a couple of Benedryl to help me sleep every night for YEARS! And....as part of my quest for being as HEALTHY as possible...decided to stop taking 'em....so for the past couple of nights I've slept like crap!
But....will be worth it the long run. :)
